1. The “tell us what you think” promotion is run by Keystart Loans Limited (ABN 27 009 427 034) (“Keystart”).
2. Only current Keystart customers, who received the invitation to complete the survey, are eligible to enter the promotion.
3. For a Keystart customer to be an eligible entrant they must complete the survey. A Keystart customer will only be an eligible entrant for the draw conducted in the month they complete the survey. For example, if a Keystart customer completes a survey on 15 December 2024, they will be an eligible entrant for the December draw.
4. Each Keystart customer may enter the promotion once.
5. The promotion commences Monday, 9 December 2024 and ends 12:00 PM (AWST) Monday, 24 February 2025.
6. Entry is not open to Keystart staff, brokers, referrers or Department of Communities staff or any of their immediate families.
7. Keystart’s decision as to eligibility and the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The prize is an e-gift card with a balance of $50.
9. There will be a total of 3 draws, with 5 winners chosen for each draw.
10. The winners will be selected by random electronic draw on the last day of each month that the promotion is running. Therefore, there will be a draw on 31 December 2024, 31 January 2025 and 28 February 2025. Winners will be contacted by either phone, SMS and/or email.
11. Each winner will be notified within two business days of a draw date.
12. Each Keystart customer entering the promotion consents to:
(a) comments made by them in the survey being used by Keystart as testimonials for Keystart’s promotional purposes;
(b) Keystart using their personal information for the purpose of this promotion; and
(c) if they are the winner, their name being used for Keystart’s promotional purposes and for notifying Keystart customers of the results of the prize draw.
13. If a winner cannot be contacted within five business days of the draw, or declines the prize, a redraw will take place to select a new winner.
14. The e-gift card will be sent to the winners via email to the email address registered with Keystart and used to complete the survey.
